The Healing Tree became a reality in late 2012 when Juan Carrion, a Drug and Alcohol Counselor from Lancaster with 6 years of experience in this field, and his brother - in law decided to partner up and make a difference in the lives of young men and women who are struggling to overcome their drug and alcohol addiction, and are in need of a safe, and caring place to start their new journey after being discharged from an inpatient treatment facility.
Juan is also a recovering addict, which with help from god, friends, and his now deceased sponsor Paul Hayden, has been able to remain sober and help others recover in an easy to adapt and comfortable environment. Juan has been motivated by his personal experiences, and began this journey with hopes that our program would ease the transition into recovery giving those who suffer a better chance at staying clean & sober amongst people who care about getting you on the right path. We've had success in helping many prior residents reach their ultimate goal, to be alive and live the life they deserve.
